Whenever I travel, I meticulously plan and pack my carry-on essentials to ensure I have everything I need during the flight. These carry-on essentials have been a lifesaver, making my travels stress-free and more enjoyable.
Take a look at what I always have with me!
I always travel with under eye masks to look hydrated and refreshed when I get off the plane. I mostly have early morning flights, so I like to do my morning routine on the plane.
Lotion + Lip Balm
My hands tend to dry quickly, especially when traveling, so I always have lotion and lip balm.
Mini Hairbrush + Scrunchies
I recently purchased a new mini detangling brush that works wonders and a set of silk scrunchies that don't leave my hair in a mess.
I found the perfect compact mirror with an LED light on Amazon. It fits perfectly in my purse and bookbag.
These perfume bottles are TSA-approved and perfect for travel. They are easy to use and fit in your purse or carry-on.
Need I say more, you're welcome!
Sleeping Mask
I was gifted a Renpho sleep mask a few years back, and it is a lifesaver when I travel or even at home. It has extra soft padding and is 3D, so your lashes do not feel smashed.
Face Wipes
I tend to have early morning flights, so I love having these face wipes to freshen up.
Tech
I always have portable chargers with me so that I can stay connected. Extra charging cords and bricks for my phone. I found the best tech bag on Amazon that keeps everything organized.
Laptop and charger
I bring my laptop when I travel to transfer my many photos and videos and write blog posts on the plane.
Snacks + Tea's
Tea's
I always travel with some sort of Tea. I find that Tea can be very soothing and comforting whether I'm traveling or trying to relax at home. I have different types of Tea for other purposes, such as Lavender nighttime tea for better sleep, Peppermint tea for relieving stomach discomfort, and plain green Tea for everyday refreshments. I have tried many brands and found that Yogi is my favorite and most organic.
Snacks
I've never been a big fan of the snacks on the plane, nor are they the healthiest option. I pack some granola bars and dark chocolate for my sweet cravings. If it is a long morning flight, I like to bring grits.
Extra Gadgets
Phone Holder
If you've ever struggled to hold your phone while watching a movie on a plane, this simple hack will save you on your next flight. This flexible phone holder is easy to pack in your carry-on and simple to use.
First-aid Kit
Although it may seem trivial, I have found myself needing a bandage or some aspirin in the past. That's why I always carry a first-aid kit with me, which contains everything from band-aids to Neosporin and aspirin and is perfect for two people.
Notebook
Another handing thing to have with you when traveling. You never know when you need to write a note or journal about your adventures.
