This past weekend Ryan and I found the cutest little breakfast spot located downtown New Braunfels and it is my favorite now! Le Citron European Cafe & Bistro was established in 2019 and is a family-owned and operated business. Their authentic European cuisine is baked fresh in house, meaning no GMO's, high fructose corn syrups, or added food coloring. They have a wide arry of fresh crepes, panini's, pastries, and more! Not only is there food delicious but they have mimosas for two for only $10. I hope the next time you are in New Braunfels you take the time to support this small business and enjoy their wonderful food.
