Gatlinburg, Tennessee has a special place in my heart. My family has been visiting Gatlinburg for years and it has turned into sort of a tradition. This year was the first time I visited during the Thanksgiving/Christmas season and it was quite magical. Every lamp post was wrapped in Christmas lights and snowman figures were all along the streets. My favorite little spot in this town is The Village, 27 unique shops in old buildings that smell like hickory. In the far back is a little coffee shop called Coffee & Company and they serve the finest coffee in town. Gatlinburg also has one of the coolest aquariums with over 10,000 exotic sea creatures in 10 themed galleries. Along with the one and only Sky Bridge.
