Kansas City Adventures

I visited Kansas City alone for a work conference, however I used my spare time being a tourist! I stayed at the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza, right off of main st. Perfectly located and within walking distance of the Brush River, Country Club Plaza, and amazing restaurants. The Country Club Plaza is a privately-owned regional shopping center in the Country Club District of Kansas City, Missouri, opened in 1923. Explore 15 blocks of shopping!

J.C. Nichols Memorial Fountain

Kansas City is the City of Fountains and let me tell you, they are not joking. I saw some of the most beautifully architect fountains I've ever seen.

I also had the chance to visit The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art
Admission: FREE

Jacob L. Loose Park

This beautiful 75-acre green space features a pond, tennis courts & a rose garden. A great way to end my trip, and it is located less than 5 minutes from the plaza.

AND DON'T FORGET to stop for ice cream!!!
