Finding the perfect accommodation for my travels is as important as figuring out my mode of transportation. Depending on my destination, I have certain preferences when it comes to booking a place to stay. For my latest trip, I was looking for a cozy place with a fireplace and located near the downtown area. This helped me avoid the hassle of continuously searching for parking.
During our recent trip to Breckenridge, we had the pleasure of staying at a charming Airbnb. It was situated on the southern end of Breckenridge and was within walking distance of Main Street. It was the perfect location for our first visit to Breckenridge.
The Airbnb is a part of Motherlode Lodge. Larger accommodations are nearby, but this Airbnb was perfect for my husband and me. It was a one-bedroom and one-bathroom, with a full-size kitchen and smaller living space. Its most outstanding feature in my options was the stone fireplace. There was also a walk-in closet, which made it easy to hang up all our ski gear.
Did I mention the hot tubs?
After a long day of skiing or snowboarding, you can relax in one of four hot tubs or take a dip in the large heated pool. It was an enjoyable experience that we recommend.
The check-in process was very easy, and the Airbnb owner was highly responsive to all our communications. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to returning next season.
