This past weekend, I visited Guadalupe Brewing Company and Voodoo Wine & Coffee Bar, located in New Braunfels, Texas. This is the perfect weekend spot for great food and drinks. Guadalupe Brewing Company opened their doors in New Braunfels in 2012 for Business distributing exclusively in Texas, and now they are a full service bier garden. Plenty of outside seating with live music. Don't forget to try their Artisan Pizza. Dough made from scratch and fermented 48 hours - always fresh and of course the freshest ingredients, house made sausage, and they grate and slice their own cheeses. Right next door is Voodoo Wine & Coffee Bar. Wicked voodoo wine and coffee bar is a family owned business that values great, fresh roasted coffee and warm, friendly service here in the great state of Texas. Their Big Texas Board and Spanish Tomato Bruschetta is an absolute must-try if you visit!
Big Texas Board: Blueberry Elk Sausage, Truffle Venison Sausage, and Fresh BBQ seasoned tri tip meats. Sharp Cheddar and Artisan pepper jack cheese. Pickles, onions, and beans. Served with Texas toast and BBQ sauce.
